About the header on these pages

The photo at the top of these pages is a dramatic desert sunset over the Chisos Mountains in Big Bend that I captured.

In March 2010,  I also snapped this photo of  very unusual rain clouds coming in over the Chisos Basin, one of the most photogenic areas I know.
